MIXED – USE
The 16th & Sheridan Development in Denver, Colorado is a Contemporary Mixed-Use Residential Complex Characterized by Modern Urban Architecture and Balanced Massing. The Project Consists of Four Buildings, with Two Smaller Street-Front Structures and Two Larger Apartment Buildings Located Toward the Rear, Creating a Clear Hierarchy and Depth Across the Site. The Design Features Clean Geometric Forms, Flat Rooflines, and a Mix of Materials such as Stone Veneer at the Base, Modern Panel Cladding, and Neutral-Toned Finishes. Street-Facing Buildings Incorporate Ground-Floor Commercial Spaces with Large Glazing and Upper-Level Residential Balconies, while the Taller Rear Buildings Increase Residential Density and Maintain Visual Rhythm through Contrasting Facade Panels and Recessed Balconies, Forming a Cohesive and Pedestrian-Friendly Mixed-Use Environment.
Initial Design was done by a well known Architecture Firm. Free Flow Studios Developed Permit Drawings for the Same. To Visualize the Project Better and Show the Future Resident how Great the Building Design is, We Created 3D Renderings.
