Planters Boxes Are Strategically Incorporated to Capture Rainwater and Reduce Runoff. The Gym Building has Expansive Transom Windows which Help Fill the Interior with Natural Light.

This Inviting Community Hub Offers a Fitness Room, Pool, Lake for Sailing, Paddle Boating, Etc., Large Garden For Kids to PLay, Flexible Gathering Spaces for Events or Casual Use, Dog Area, and Play Area for the Kids,  Making It a Central Place for Wellness and Connection Among Residents.
